ALL STEEL STRUCTURES
We have expertise in all kind of Steel Domes, Roof Fitting Options with Glass, Fiber Glass Sheeting and polycarbonate sheeting’s. 5A Engg provides a variety of Steel Bridges in welded or bolted construction.
We are dealing in Road Bridges , Pedestrians Bridges, Buss Stand sheds.
BRACING SYSTEM
Red bracing shall conform to physical specifications of ASTM A36 Grade 36 or equivalent with minimum yield stress 345 N/mm.
CLADDING SHEETS
Alu-zinc or pre-painted sheets, Strength 350 MPA, fixation by screws, Rib height with 30 to 34mm.
PRESSURE VESSELS
5A Engg manufacturer pressure vessels , Tanks , Storage Tanks as per international codes and as per our customer requirements. We have excellent welding facilities and skilled work force to fabricate quality equipments and entire welding is carried out under expert supervision using world best consumables in different material of construction steel like carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel & others.
PRE-FABRICATED STEEL BUILDINGS
5A Engg can design, fabricate and deliver any complex building as per customer requirements. Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings use a combination of built-up sections, hot rolled sections, and cold formed elements and profiled steel sheets which provide the basic steel frame work with a choice of single skin sheeting with added insulation or insulated sandwich panels for roofing and wall cladding or brick wall. The concept is designed to provide a complete building envelope system which is air tight, energy efficient, optimum in weight and cost and, above all, designed to fit user requirement like a well fitted glove
PEB Steel Buildings are most suitable for any low-rise building and offers numerous benefits over conventional buildings.
SANDWICH PANEL BUILDINGS
Sandwich panels are widely used in various situations where its light weight, strength thermal insulation and shock absorption characteristic provide structural design economies. Sandwich panels have exceptional insulation properties with thermal resistance (R Value) of 1.31 per 50mm of thickness for S class material , as per AS 1366 part : 1992 Sandwich panels are environmentally friendly containing no CFCs or HCFCs. In a fire situation Sandwich panels generates less heat and smoke than most timbers and wood based products.
